Rules of the Competition: (Please Read
Carefully)
Applicants who have
responded by filling in their personal details and answered the general knowledge
questions correctly will be automatically entered into this Prize Draw.
All entrants must
be aged 18 or over.
Each applicant may
register for the Prize Draw only once.
All entrants must
be non-Maldivian, and may only enter the Draw from outside the Maldives.
The Prize Draw will
take place on 5th of August 2002. The winner will receive notification via email no later
than 15th of August 2002.
The holiday is not
transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
No responsibility
is accepted for entries, which may be lost or delayed in transmission mutilated or
damaged.
Acceptance of the
holiday offer will be deemed as permission by the entrant for theMaldives.com to take
publicity photographs, publish names and conduct interviews with the winner.
The judge's
decision on all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final and binding, no correspondence
can be entered into.
By entering the
Prize Draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the
rules of the Prize Draw.
