Garudhiya (Tuna Soup)
- 500 Gram Tuna Fish (cleaned and chopped to medium pieces)
- Curry Leaves
- Rampa Leaves (Pandan leaves)
- Salt to taste
- 1 litre Water
Boil water in a pot, once the water is rolling boiling put the tuna pieces into it. Add few curry leaves and rampa leaves to this. Let it boil for about 10 minutes. Remove the greyish colour scum which rises above the water with a spoon and discard it. Check if the tuna is cooked nicely. Add salt to taste.
Serve with boiled white rice and keep lemon, chilli and onion as a side dish
